AI Usage Meter is built by Jewhurst Engineering. It does not have an account with us, and we do not run a server that stores your sessions.
iPhone
Sign in with Cursor, or paste a session token. That token is saved in this iPhone’s Keychain. The app sends it only to Cursor, to read included usage and on-demand spend. Signing out deletes it from the phone.
- The token is not sent to Jewhurst Engineering.
- The phone cannot read a Cursor session that lives on your Mac.
Apple Watch
The watch app is part of the iPhone app. The phone sends the watch a sanitized usage snapshot: the numbers on the glance and complications. The session token never goes to the watch.
Mac
The menu bar app reads the Cursor, Claude, and Codex sessions already on that Mac. Tokens stay in the Mac Keychain. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Editor
The Cursor and VS Code extension reads the Cursor login already stored on that computer. It does not read your code, prompts, or chats.
What we don’t do
- No tracking, ads, or sale of data.
- No Jewhurst Engineering account to create or delete. Sign out in the app to remove the token from the device.
